Discussion and possible action regarding the amended FY 2023-24 contract with Midcon Recovery Solutions. The amendment is to install new power and re-rack the equipment into the new rack. There will be a one time power set up fee of $1,200.00 and a one time rack set up fee of $1,000.00. This will change the cost of the contract from $59,376.00 to $61,576.00. A change order will be processed on PO 22400174 upon the approval of this amended contract.This item is requested by Dayne Coffey, Director, Information Technology, and has been approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
