Discussion and possible action regarding the Service Agreement between Mid-Del Youth and Family Center and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau, who shall provide non-residential services to non-adjudicated and adjudicated juvenile offenders in a comprehensive program designed to meet the identified needs of the youth in accordance with Oklahoma State Law and as outlined in the Disposition Order. This Service Agreement is effective June 2023 through June 2024 and is provided at no cost to Oklahoma County. Requested by Hannah Dix, Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau Director and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
