- 23. Discussion and possible action regarding a resolution to recognize September as Hunger Action Month in Oklahoma County. Requested by Commissioner Carrie Blumert

- 25. Discussion and possible regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Harrah and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of a portion of roads belonging to the Municipality, located at Beal Street and Navarre street, both between Tim Holt Drive and Harrah Road. The total estimated project is $452,302.58, but not to exceed $460,000. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all materials in an amount not to exceed $118,030.00. This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on December 31, 2024. - 32. Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 2 on ODOT Project STP-255C (613) CO - Bridge 30. This change order replaces the Revetment Mattress pay item with Filter blanket and Rip Rap. The total value for the change order is $45,299.80 (Forty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and 80/100). This change order establishes the final quantity for each item on the original contract and for those items added by change order during construction. The total value for the change order is - $70,697.04 (Negative Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Seven Dollars and 04/100). - 41. Discussion and possible action related to the application for funding administered through The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality from the Oklahoma Volkswagen Settlement Trust. The goal of this program is to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by replacing or repowering older vehicles with newer diesel or alternative fueled vehicles. The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) will submit the application, and any other documents needed to complete the application. The application must be submitted on-line or by mail no later than the submission deadline September 30, 2024, 4:00 p.m.The application and any other documents needed for the application submission will be completed by Nikkiey Morton, Oklahoma County Grant Administrator and certified by the Chairperson of the BOCC, if applicable.
