Discussion and possible regarding an Agreement for Specific Assistance between the City of Harrah and Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements of a portion of roads belonging to the Municipality, located at Beal Street and Navarre street, both between Tim Holt Drive and Harrah Road. The total estimated project is $452,302.58, but not to exceed $460,000. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all materials in an amount not to exceed $118,030.00. This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on December 31, 2024.
