Discussion and possible action regarding a Specific Assistance Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Logan County and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the base stabilization of Prairie Grove Rd between Pine and Interstate 35. The estimated cost of the project is $105,000.00, of which Logan County shall reimburse Oklahoma County 100% of the actual cost. Discussion and possible action to approve two Records Digitization Agreements between the Oklahoma County Board of County Commissioners (on behalf of the Oklahoma County Court Clerk) and Business Imaging Systems, Inc. All work to be performed has been procured through the State Contract Number SW1007. Total cost during the first contract period is $60,000. The term of agreement is May 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Purchase Order No 32 has been issued to Business Imaging Systems in the amount of $60,000. Total cost during the second contract period is $120,000. The term of the agreement is July 1, 2026, through October 31, 2026.
