To enter executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. §307(B)(4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning the April 8, 2026 Notice of Cancellation Letter received from Sheriff Tommie Johnson regarding the MOU between the BOCC, on Behalf of Sheriff Tommie Johnson and OCCJA, where on advice of its attorney, the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation or proceeding in the public interest.
