Discussion and possible action regarding a reduction in General Government 1001-110, line item 54455 - Professional Services - Criminal Justice Authority (CJA), by $800,000.00, and the creation of a new line item, 54455 - Professional Services - Inmate Transportation, in the amount of $800,000.00. The purpose of the transfer and new line item is to pay the entity responsible for transporting detainees to and from the Oklahoma County Detention Center and court, per a Judicial Order. This transfer will reduce each of the nine (9) remaining FY26-27 payments to the Criminal Justice Authority by $88,888.89, making each payment not to exceed $2,917,886.69.
