Discussion and possible action regarding an amendment to the “Payroll Deductions” section on page 21 of the Oklahoma County Employee Handbook to include “Whenever an employee's employment terminates, the County shall pay the employee's wages in full, less offsets and less any amount over which a bona fide disagreement exists, as permitted by law, at the next regular designated payday established for the pay period in which the work was performed through the regular pay channels. 19 O.S. § 153; 40 O.S. § 165.2; 40 O.S. § 165.3.” This item is recommended by the Handbook Committee and requested by Brandi Mertens, Chair for the Handbook Committee.
