Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-3911: Intra-Fund Transfer of Funds from Special Revenue Fund 1415 - American Rescue Plan 2021 (ARPA) - from 1415-305 - Jail ARPA Construction Projects from Project AR073 - Capital 55025 - Building Improvements to Fund 2080-120 - Capital Project-New Jail in the amount not to exceed $100,474.05, contingent upon approval by the Public Improvement and Infrastructure Committee on September 22, 2026, and the Board of County Commissioners on September 23, 2026.
