Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2026-3906: Intra-Fund Transfer of Funds from Special Revenue Fund for District Three Highway Cash 1110-930 from Travel 53020 - Mileage for $15,300.00; Travel - 53030 - Lodging for $24,000.00; and Travel 53041 - Taxable Means without Overnight Stay for $53,785.97 to Benefits 52010 - FICA for $15,300.00; Benefits 52032 - Defined Contributions for $24,000.00; Benefits 52045 - Health and Life for $53,785.97, All in the amount not to exceed $93,085.97. This transfer is necessary to correct inadvertent appropriations for August 2026 to cover benefit expenditures for the current Fiscal Year.
