To enter executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4) to engage in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning the case of Estate of Slavens (Neal) v. OCCJA, BOCC; CIV-2024-575-JD to discuss process and procedures for settlement funding for OCCJA on this case where on advice of its attorney, the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation or proceeding in the public interest.
