Action regarding in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a potential claim and/or investigation related to the sale of appraised land declared as no longer needed pursuant to the February 25, 2026, Resolution 2026-0628 and/or the BOCC's Application in CV-2026-1264 declaring the following properties unused and no longer needed for courthouse, jail, or other county purposes and to be sold, after appraisal, to the highest bidder: A strip of land located in the Northwest Quarter Section Twenty-Four (24) Township Thirteen (13) North Range One (1) West of the I.M. described as follows. Beginning at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of said section, running thence south along the east line of said quarter section to the south line of said quarter section, Thence west along the south line of said quarter section to the west line of said quarter section thence north along the west line of said quarter section a distance of 40 feet, thence east on a line parallel to the south line of said quarter section to a point 40 feet west of the east line of said quarter section, thence north on a line parallel to the east line of said quarter section to the north line of said quarter section, thence east along the north line of said quarter section a distance of 40 feet to the point or place of beginning said strip of land to be used for road purposes.
