This Final Plat (FP-2026-05) was approved by the Planning Commission on August 20, 2026. The plat consists of two (2) lots encompassing approximately five (5.02) acres. The subject property is located along Old Oak Rd., adjacent to Pottawatomie Road to the west, in County Commissioner District 2.
