Discussion and possible action regarding approval of a Permanent Easement granting the City of Oklahoma City and its public trusts a utility easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, expansion, and replacement of water and wastewater systems and associated facilities serving the Oklahoma County Justice Center/Behavioral Care Center. The easement consists of approximately 400 square feet (0.009 acres) located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 11 North, Range 3 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, as more particularly described in Exhibit “A".
