Discussion and possible action regarding amending the Emergency Medical Services Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Deer Creek Fire Protection District. The original agreement was approved by the BOCC on August 3, 2026. The amendment is to modify the start date of the agreement from July 1, 2026 to January 1, 2027. Deer Creek Fire Protection District will now be receiving ARPA funding for this service from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Requested by Paul Foster, Interim Commissioner, District 3.
