Discussion and possible action regarding a Proclamation and Notice of Special Election calling an election in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, on November 3, 2026, to consider the levy of a four-tenths of one percent (0.40%) sales tax, for a period of twenty-five (25) years, beginning April 1, 2027 and ending March 31, 2052, to be used to operate, maintain, construct, renovate, finance, equip, and pay staff of county detention, diversion, and mental health facilities and programs.
