Discussion and possible action regarding approval of the Oil and Gas Lease with Highpointe Heights, LLC, previously approved by the Board of County Commissioners, covering approximately 0.660000 net mineral acres located in Section 27, Township 12 North, Range 1 West, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, for Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per net mineral acre and a three-sixteenths (3/16) royalty for a primary term of three (3) years; and authorization for the Chairman to execute the attached Oil and Gas Lease.
