Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2026-3263 to accept the replat of Deer Creek Hills III, Lots 3 and 4, Block 9.The applicant is proposing a lot line adjustment to ensure that trees planted along the west side of the property remain entirely within their property boundaries and do not potentially extend onto the adjacent property.The adjustment is intended to prevent future ownership disputes, consistent with the provisions of Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, § 868.8.This replat (RE-2026-01) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 16, 2026.The subject property is located at 6033 & 6075 Whitetail Dr. in County Commissioner District 3.Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
