Discussion and possible action for the approval of a Specific Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Midwest and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements to SE. 4th St. from Douglas to Post, Kittyhawk from Lockheed to Key Blvd., and Pine St. from NE 4th to NE 7th St., within the municipal boundaries of the City of Midwest City. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all material in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventy-Seven Dollars and Ninety-One Cents ($117,977.91). This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2027. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
