The subject property is located along Rush Creek Rd. approximately 1,060 feet west of Portland Ave./State Highway 74, in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
