Action regarding in confidential communications between the public body and its attorney concerning a pending investigation related to the recent discovery of fraudulent and unapproved charges made on a County vendor account by a former County employee where the board has determined that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation or proceeding in the public interest.
