Discussion and possible action to approve a journal entry to reconcile financial records to reclassify a payroll expense from a fiscal year 2026 expense to a fiscal year 2025 expense. The reclassification is necessary to correct a fiscal year 2025 payroll expense for the last ten days of June 2025 that was paid in July 2025. Requested by Tim Kimrey, Jail Administrator.
