Discussion and possible action to rescind the approval of the General Mutual Cooperation Agreement between Oklahoma County and the City of Midwest City that was approved on May 20th, 2026; and to approve a revised General Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Midwest City and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 1903 (B), Title 19, O.S. § 339 paragraph 18, Title 11, O.S. § 36-113 paragraph D, and County Resolution No. 118-08 to reconstruct, improve, repair, and maintain certain city streets in the City of Midwest City. This revised agreement shall become effective July 1, 2026, and shall terminate on June 30, 2027. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
