Discussion and possible action regarding the Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and CREOKS, for the purposes of providing non-residential services to non-adjudicated and adjudicated juvenile offenders. This Service Agreement is at no cost to the County and shall be effective July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
