Discussion and possible action regarding the Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and Red Road Counseling Services LLC, for the purposes of providing non-residential services to non-adjudicated and adjudicated juvenile offenders. This Services Agreement is at no cost to the County and shall be effective from March 2026, through March 2027 (term of one year). Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
