Discussion and possible action regarding the Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and The Comeback Kid Society, that will provide services to non-adjudicated and adjudicated juvenile offenders for Juvenile Bureau Court Services. This Service Agreement is at no cost to the County and will be in effect April 2026 through April 2027 (term of one year). Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
