Discussion and possible action regarding the Service Agreement between the Board of County Commissioners on behalf of the Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau and The Comeback Kid Society, that will provide services for juvenile offenders in the Oklahoma County Juvenile Detention Center. This Services Agreement is at no cost to the County and will in be effective April 20, 2026 and shall remain in effect for one (1) year. Requested by Hannah Whipp, Juvenile Bureau Director.
