Discussion and possible action regarding approval of FY27 General Mutual Cooperation Agreements between the Board of County Commissioners and Choctaw/Nicoma Park Public Schools, Bethany Public Schools, Harrah Public Schools, Western Heights Public Schools, Pottawatomie County, Lincoln County, the City of Woodlawn Park, the City of Warr Acres, the City of Bethany, the City of Choctaw, The City of Harrah, the City of Nichols Hills, and the City of Valley Brook for construction, improvement, repair or maintenance of roads, streets, and bridges, or special projects. These agreements have been reviewed as to legality and form by Lisa Endres, ADA. This item requested by Brian Maughan, Commissioner for District 2 and Chairman of the Board.
