Discussion and possible action for the approval of a Specific Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the City of Oklahoma City and Oklahoma County pursuant to Title 69, O.S. § 603, Title 11, O.S. § 36 for reconstruction, repair, and/or improvements to the Sooner Road Railroad Crossing within the municipal boundaries of the City of Oklahoma City. Upon completion of the project and receipt of invoicing from the County, Municipality shall reimburse the County for all material in an amount not to exceed Forty Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($40,822.50). This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of both parties and shall terminate on June 30, 2026. Requested by Jason Lowe, Commissioner, District One.
