Discussion and possible action regarding a follow up recommendation from the Budget Evaluation Team (BET) requesting the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (CJA/OCDC) provide itemized invoices for the supplemental funds that were appropriated to General Government 1001-110 to pay invoices regarding the supplemental funds appropriated for Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority (CJA) for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, utilizing JUUL Settlement and JUUL Interest funds in the amount of $328,494.31 and General Fund Reserve (One-Time Funds) in the amount of $$4,662,229.69., for a total supplement amount not to exceed $4,990,724.00. It was previously approved by the Budget Board on March 31, 2026, under the following resolutions.
