Discussion and possible action regarding the Agreement for Services between the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Flintco, LLC. for Construction Management At Risk Services for the Oklahoma County Adult Detention Center and associated out structures- Phase I. The total amount of the agreement shall not exceed Two Hundred Thirteen Million Six Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-One Dollars and No/100 ($213,672,321.00). Requisition No. 12605465 in the amount of Twelve Million Dollars and No/100 ($12,000,000.00) has been issued from- Jail Bond Fund 2034 and Requisition No. 12605466 in the amount of Two Hundred One Million Six Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-One Dollars and No/100 ($201,672,321.00) from- Jail Bond Fund 2035 contingent upon final encumbrance of funds.
