Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 2 on Oklahoma Department of Transportation Project STP-255C(655)CI. Bridge and Approaches County Road (EW0910/North 220th Street): Over Deer Creek, 0.3 Miles East of the State Highway-74 (Portland Avenue) Junction near Edmond. This change order is necessary due to the spring 2025 heavy rainfall, flooding, and severe storms that resulted in amended Executive Order 2025-11 being issued. The subsequent storm cleanup operations were extended beyond substantial completion, from May through September 2025. The delayed issuance of the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality’s Notice of Termination for this project occurred on October 17, 2025. The contractor’s labor and equipment costs, accrued after May 2025 during cleanup operations, will be offset by this change order, in keeping with Executive Order 2025-11. The total value for the change order is Fifty-Eight Thousand, Two Hundred Seventeen Dollars and 52/100($58,217.52). The County share will be reflected in the final cost apportionment of the project. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
