Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2026-0649 accepting the Final Plat of Villagio Phase II as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2026-01) was approved by the Planning Commission on February 19, 2026. The plat consists of twenty-six (26) lots that encompass approximately twenty-four (24.05) acres. The subject property is located .44 miles south of NW 220th St. on the east side of Meridian Ave. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
