Discussion and possible action to declare that an emergency exists due to unforeseen and recently discovered damage in the Metro I parking garage along the north-south double tee (DT) joint that visibly demonstrates significant concrete damage including full-depth cracking and damage to the soffit directly below the surface that exhibits significant corrosion, concrete damage, and section loss of the DT flange that if not immediately and temporarily repaired, could result in damage or injury to the public and property as authorized by 61 O.S. 130. This item is requested by Keith Monroe, Director of Facilities Management.
