Discussion and possible action regarding a Project Agreement between Oklahoma County and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) for services associated with the construction of State Job No. 28718(13), (14), (15), (16), Luther Road beginning at NE 50th Extending 3 miles to Britton Road, (District Two). This project is funded through County Improvements for Roads and Bridges (CIRB) funds administered by ODOT.
