Discussion and possible action to approve or deny Resolution No. 2026-0281 accepting the Final Plat of Zebedee, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2025-14) was approved by the Planning Commission on January 15, 2026. The commercial plat includes three (3) lots encompassing approximately five (5.82) acres. The subject property is located on the east side of Portland Ave. south of NW 206th St., in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
