Discussion and possible action to approve the contract between the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and the Oklahoma County Board of County commissioners, on behalf of District 1, for 2026 Rural Economic Action Plan Funds (REAP) Grant Number_OK County D1 4 in the amount not to exceed $300,000.00. This is a reimbursement grant. District 1 will utilize these funds to remove old asphalt road surface and rebuild road base and shoulders, replace cross drains as needed and modify drainage ditches, stabilize road base using cement slurry, compact base and grade to specifications, lay 2 lifts of asphalt surface with an application of tack oil in between for adhesion, and paint centerline and edge line striping and install regulatory/warning signage.This work will be located on a one mile section of Britton Road between Dobbs Road and Harrah Road.
