This Final Plat (FP-2025-12) was approved by the Planning Commission on December 18, 2025. The plat includes two (2) lots encompassing approximately five (5.06) acres. The subject property is located on the northwest corner of SE 8th St. and Rolling Hills Dr., in County Commissioner District 2.
