Discussion and possible action regarding approval or denial of Resolution No. 2025-4832 accepting the Final Plat of Orchard Hills - Phase I as provided in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 19, §868.8. This final plat (FP-2025-13) was approved by the Planning Commission on December 18, 2025. The plat consists of thirty-three (33) lots that encompass approximately sixty-nine (69.35) acres. The subject property is located .4 mile south of NW 234th St./Sorghum Mill Rd. on the west side of MacArthur Blvd. in County Commissioner District 3. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner and approved as to form and legality by Lisa Endres, Assistant District Attorney.
