Discussion and possible action regarding Complaint for Erroneous Assessment submitted by Tutela Tectum Trust, R256336000, 17000 N Anderson Rd. Complainant asserts that he did not receive Notice of Valuation for the subject property for the 2025 tax year and wishes to appeal the valuation. It appears that the taxpayer did not receive the notice due to a clerical error. In order for the taxpayer to have the valuation issue heard, the matter needs a finding of fact that notice was not properly sent, a referral of the matter to the Board of Equalization for a determination of value and request the BOE to send its findings to the TRC for final resolution
