Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2025-4643: Request to establish a new Depository Fund for the Emergency Transportation Revolving (ETR) loan, Fund 8207 - Commissioner ETR Funds. This fund will be available for use by all current and future ETR loans. ETR funds may only be used for expenditures directly related to an approved ETR project, in accordance with program requirements. For the current approved ETR project in District Three (Project No. ETRCB5-55-3(02)26), funds are restricted to the construction of a drainage structure at the intersection of County Line and Covell. This item is requested by the County Finance Department, Office of the County Clerk.
