The applicant proposes to change the zoning to develop a single-family subdivision on approximately 228 acres. The Oklahoma County Planning Commission has recommended approval during a public meeting on October 16, 2025. The property is located at the northeast corner of MacArthur Blvd. and NW 178th St. (County Highway District #3).
