Discussion and possible action regarding the Capital Improvement - Regular Fund 2010 Capital Projects Budget. This item is to discuss the possible transfer of $265,000 back to the Capital Budget unallocated funds at November Budget Board. The $265,000 was transferred from unallocated funds to cover expenses due to a courthouse flood. The county has received a portion of the insurance claim to cover expenses. This item is requested by Jessica Clayton, County Manager.
