Discussion and possible action to temporarily assign Commissioner Jason Lowe to the board of Circuit Engineering District 5 until such time as Commissioner Myles Davidson may be cleared of any allegations filed against him with the Cleveland County District Court. Upon completion, Commissioner Davidson will be reinstated to the board. Requested by Myles Davidson, Chairman of the Board.
