Discussion and possible action regarding Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Services between Flintco, LLC. and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Oklahoma County Behavioral Care Center-ARPA # 10130. This change order is necessary to backfill the site where the hydrocarbon contaminated soil was removed. The County agrees to pay an additional One Hundred Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Four Dollars and 77/100 ($102,244.77). Requisition No. 12602107 has been issued from 2034 - Jail Bond Fund contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
