Discussion and possible action regarding Change Order No. 012 to the Agreement for Services between Flintco, LLC. and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County for the Oklahoma County Behavioral Care Center-ARPA # 10130. This change order is necessary for the removal of hydrocarbon contaminated soil. The County agrees to pay an additional Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Dollars and NO/100 ($379,670.00) for the additional work. Requisition No. 12602106 has been issued from 2034 - Jail Bond Fund contingent upon encumbrance of funds. Requested by Stacey Trumbo, PE, County Engineer.
