Discussion and possible action to authorize the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to sign a Second Demand Letter requesting the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) return Seven Hundred-Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) as the first installment toward the of $1.5 million dollars provided to the Department via an ARPA Sub-Reciepent Agreement; the Agreement was terminated by the Board of County Commissioners following notice that the Department would not construct a new mental health hospital in Oklahoma County to replace Griffin Memorial Hospital; Notice of Termination also included a request for return of funds.
