Discussion and possible action regarding an ARPA Sub-recipient Agreement #2 between the Board of Oklahoma County Commissioners and Sisu Youth Services (Project ID 20061). The Agreement clarifies the project scope to include completion of architectural and design work, acquisition of an owner’s representative, and pre-construction services necessary for Sub-recipient to complete Phase II of the campus build out. Phase II, when fully complete, will provide secure outdoor recreational space, a medical clinic, classroom and program space, as well as six (6) transitional housing units.
