This agenda item is to reflect funds that should have been deposited and appropriated into Fund 1400 OKDMHSAS (Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services) per the grant agreement, then transfer funds to Fund 6047 OK Community Safety Investment Fund.
