Discussion and possible action to approve or deny Resolution No. 2025-3071 accepting the Final Plat of Choctaw Estates, pursuant to Title 19, §868.8 of the Oklahoma Statutes. This Final Plat (FP-2025-06) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 17, 2025. The plat includes six (6) lots encompassing approximately sixty (59.67) acres. The subject property is located on the east side of Luther Road, just north of SE 15th Street, in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
