This Final Plat (FP-2025-06) was approved by the Planning Commission on July 17, 2025. The plat includes six (6) lots encompassing approximately sixty (59.67) acres. The subject property is located on the east side of Luther Road, just north of SE 15th Street, in County Commissioner District 2. Requested by Erik Brandt, Principal Planner, and approved as to form and legality by Aaron Etherington, Assistant District Attorney.
